This will be a small collaboration meeting, focused on issues for which
actions need to be taken and/or priorities need to be set.
Specific areas of interest are:
Convergence of magnet program
Lumi monitor status
Rotating collimator status and plans
Crystal collimation
The future of crab cavities and LARPS's role in that future (if any)
LARP's role in PS2 (if any)
Onngoing relationship of LARP and APL
The future of JIRS
As part of this process, we will begin to discuss the budget for FY2010.
