The primary goal of this meeting will be to map out the LARP schedule and budget over the next few years. Given the fact that LARP is currently resource limited, new initiatives will not be considered.

Collaboration Dinner

Dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant ("Rings Steaks, Seafood & Chops"), Thursday, April 9, at 19:00
Attendees will order from the menu, and will be billed individually (cash, credit card, or billed to room)
Drinks may be ordered from the menu, or attendees may $15/pp in advance (first day of meeting) for wine
